 As temperatures soar, our bodies lose more water through sweat, increasing the risk of dehydration. Start each day with a glass of water and carry a reusable water bottle with you wherever you go. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, and consider adding electrolyte-rich drinks or coconut water to replenish lost minerals.

2. Dress Smart:

 Light-colored, loose-fitting clothing made from breathable fabrics like cotton or linen can make a world of difference in hot weather. These materials allow for better air circulation and help sweat evaporate more quickly, keeping you cooler and more comfortable throughout the day.
